Intensive (3 months):

  • best for individuals needing deeper support and accountability or for those who have more significant health concerns
  • four 45-minute weekly  sessions per month: online (Skype, FaceTime) or by phone
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • meal planning strategies and recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • my personal commitment to your health and success

Progressive (6 months):

  • best for individuals who are unsure about where to start but who can sustain incremental changes to achieve their goals
  • two 45-minute bi-weekly sessions per month- online (Skype, FaceTime) or by phone
  • e-mail support between sessions
  • meal planning strategies and recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • my personal commitment to your health and success
