One of my new favorite green juice recipes.  Great way to get greens into your breakfast and ensure you have them during the day.  Very refreshing and detoxifying!




Add all ingredients to a classic blender and blend/ liquify for three minutes.

2 cups spinach

1 cup kale

1 Tb peeled, chopped fresh ginger

1 Tb chopped parsley

1 Tb chopped mint

1 Tb green matcha loose green tea

juice from half a lemon

1 cup water
